Paine Field Airport approached us with a clear challenge: travelers in the greater Seattle area didn't realize how close and accessible PAE actually was. Rather than position it as a replacement for SEA, we leaned into the anxieties of modern air travel—the crowds, the chaos, the endless terminals—and reframed them through the lens of PAE's calm, first-class experience.
The campaign's copy drew directly from the internal monologue of a stressed-out traveler, then answered each frustration with what PAE offers instead: ease, convenience, and a departure experience that feels more lounge than logistics. The predominantly out-of-home campaign ran across bus kongs, billboards, and a supporting social push on Meta and Pinterest, meeting commuters and travelers exactly where they already were.
