Port of Seattle: Upgrade SEA
Nobody loves navigating an airport under construction. We knew that, and instead of pretending otherwise, we leaned into it. The Upgrade SEA campaign was built around radical honesty: yes, there's construction, yes it's a little chaotic, but here's what's coming and why it's worth it. The messaging struck a tone that was real and conversational, acknowledging the inconvenience while building genuine excitement for what the airport is becoming. That voice carried across video, social, radio, and more—meeting travelers mid-frustration and giving them a reason to see the bigger picture.
